So i have not got order status update from hp as my order is supposed to be shipped and already out of assembly idk whats going on but im tryna figure this out before out for delivery.
it is supposed to shipped by jan 12 but it does not show a check mark and its not even reached assembly yet its just stuck on order confirmed on that ive called hp but i got hunged up on.
ive tryed to do it online like talk to one of them online still no luck really i just get sent back to the site where i tryed to message them.
i understand covid is messing everyone out but tbh hp needa communicate better.

sorry, here we have no direct relationship with the departments concerned
I have flag, the subject, supposed to be that an HP agent, will contact you, but I do not guarantee you anything!
