Product: OMEN 27c QHD Curved 240Hz Gaming Monitor
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hi,
I am having an issue where my HP OMEN 27C MONITOR power adapter is not working. I have 3 of these monitors and suddenly one of monitors stopped turning on so I tried switching out the power from my other monitor to see if that fixed the issue. When I plugged in the power cable into the monitor, it started working again so I can confirm that the power adapter / power brick is at fault here. Can anyone advise on how I can get a replacement power adapter so that I can use the monitor again or give me the specifications so that I can purchase a third party.
Thanks
