Microsoft Windows 11

Like the title says, my HP OMEN 30 L with RTX 3080 will not power on. When the power button is pressed, the fans and lights both flicker on for a fraction of a second and then turn off. I've had it for about 2 years now so it's no longer under warranty, but wouldnt expect the system to die after just 2 years of usage. The issue is intermittent at best. There's been a few times where I've left the PC alone for a few hours and it powered back on like nothing happened, but now that is not working. Another quirk of the problem is that if I rapidly press the power button, sometimes the lights and fans will turn on but nothing displays and will not power off when the power button is pressed. I can't launch into BIOS either. I tried all of the common fixes (hold the power button with everything unplugged, re-seat the RAM, etc.) and nothing worked. I took the PC to BestBuy and they tried a different power supply and GPU, both were unsuccesful in identifying the root cause. The guy looking at it suspected the problem to be somewhere on the motherboard. I've seen some people have similar issues just from looking on the internet, but was not able to find a solution. Please help me!
