Product: OMEN by HP 40L Gaming Desktop PC GT21-0000i (392G3AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, this problem has been annoying for a while. The desktop LED lights won't turn back on after it was shut down (usually during sleep or sign out).

I've tried the OMEN gaming hub lighting feature and BIOS check, and it didn't work.

I have no idea what the problem is that's causing the lighting off.

 

It happened to me before, but one day it was just fixed randomly after a startup.

 

If there's anyone who has faced the same issue and figured it out, please help.
