I downloaded HP Omen Control software to control tower lights. When i tried to open it, it gives an error. It says "The code execution cannot proceed because SynCom.DLL was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem".
I tried couple of times to reinstall the program but same thing happened.
What can i do to solve this situation ?
Thank You

@MTCinar87_TR, welcome to the forum.
You make certain that you have HP Support Assistant installed. This is necessary for HP Omen Command Center to run properly.

I had the same problem. Make sure you go to ABOUT at the top right of Support Assistant and check for update.
This has to be updated before other things like driver updates will work.
I went to the HP Recovery Manager on my new Omen Desktop to get the Omen Control again...installed it...rebooted...and it lets me change colors again.
