Product: OMEN 30L Desktop - GT13-0280z CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I own an Omen 30L desktop from 2020 and it is currently connected to the Omen 27 monitor using HDMI. For awhile, the Omen Light Studio recognizes the monitor but is not able to control the monitor's RGB lighting. Any advise?
