Product: OMEN 30L Desktop PC GT13-1000a (207P7AV)

I am trying to update past F.19 BIOS so I can set my Kingston FURY (non-HP version) Clock speeds to 3200MHz.

This helpful guy posted this, stating that you can use aftermarket Memory now and use XMP settings HP Omen 30L - New Bios F20 - Finally An XMP!!! (youtube.com)

I was able to find F.28 on HP.com but when I try to install, its greyed out:
"The BIOS you are installing is older than the current version in the system and cannot be executed" message:
