OMEN 30L Desktop PC GT13-1000a (207P7AV)

So I've had this PC for a few years now, and at least once per day, the computer totally shuts down with no warning. Sometimes at specific moments in games, and sometimes just watching a youtube video, or waking the computer from sleep mode. It usually happens when I first sit down at my computer, then if I try to power it back on too quickly, it will turn on for a split second, then shut down again. Usually after 30 seconds of waiting, it will power on again and not give me issues for at least a few hours, sometimes days even. I've ran countless stress tests, checked the event logs, monitored my temps and my hardware activity, and NOTHING seems to trigger it consistently. It's completely random. One thing I did notice that is pretty consistent, is booting up games that use Easy Anti Cheat, especially Halo Infinite. Almost shuts down every time without fail as soon as the particle effects that load your character in the main menu appear. BUT after waiting a few seconds and powering my PC back on, I can usually play the game for hours no issue. emphasis on usually. Any help or tips for troubleshooting these issues would be greatly appreciated, as its been causing me a lot of distress during times where I just want to wind down. I feel like no computer that I've ever owned has worked properly, and I do more than most people do to take care of them properly. Thank you

NOTE: I use a presonus audiobox itwo interface for my audio devices, and KRK 5" Studio Monitors, which are plugged into the same power strip that my PC and monitor are plugged into
