Can I add a PCIe cars to this desktop? There seems to be 1 slot available but it is directly below yhe Graphics card.

I would use a 90-degree right angle PCIe extension cable such as seen here: TISHRIC PCIe 3.0 1X To X1 Extension Cable 120MM Dual 90 Degree Right Angle PCI Express 1X Riser Card...:

This solution worked out for me in one of my builds.
