Unable to boot my HP Omen 870-213w with 2 sticks of the following:
G.SKILL Ripjaws 4 Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM 2133 (PC4 17000)
Boots fine with either stick in the 1st slot (left) but not with both sticks in each slot.
I get 3 long beeps + 3 short beeps and no POST.
Again, boots fine with either stick in the first slot, but not with both together.
Please advise.

@MrSnicks, welcome to the forum.
Here is a guide titled Memory Module Replacement Instructions. According to the guide the member sticks should be 240-pin and 1.5V. This could be your problem.
Please click the Thumbs up + button if I have helped you and click Accept as Solution if your problem is solved.

Are you sure? I found this doc
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05577988 for the 870-213w which says
- Dual channel (one DIMM per channel) memory architecture
- Two DDR4 UDIMM (288-pin) sockets
- Supports PC4-17000 (DDR4-2133)
- Supports 4 GB and 8 GB UDIMMs

@MrSnicks, it appears that there is a discrepancy in the HP specs. I suggest that you contact G.Skill's Tech Support for help. They are the experts on their products and should be able to tell you what is wrong.
