HP Omen 870-244 Omen Control Panel

Hi -

I accidentally deleted the OMEN Control Panel software for my HP OMEN 870-244 Desktop (the software that lets you change the colors on the light bar, etc). I searched around the forums and looked online under software solutions on the support downloads page for this model, but the software is nowhere to be found for this specific model.

So, how can I go about getting a copy of the OMEN Control Panel software so I can reinstall it?

I have older HP PC's.

Try the HP Recovery Manager. I have always found all HP software installed at the factory can be reinstalled using this program.

There should also be a SWSETUP folder on the C drive having all software HP installed at the factory.

Backup this folder to an external drive for future use when needed.

I found the solution:

While the software is not listed under the Omen 870-244 machine, it is listed under it's brother the 870-100 series.
