Omen 880-160se
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The GPU and motherboard are failing. GPU straight up doesn't work after a few minutes, proven by testing in other desktops. Motherboard is giving me errors upon start up. I've only had this for 2 years now, was never told about renewing my warranty, and now I'm **edited out of luck. I called support and they told me I would have to pay up to $700 for sending it in for repairs. After all my college bills, I simply don't have the money to pay off something like this that shouldn't be having this happen in the first place. I was told over a week ago that I would have my issue escalated to Omen Premium support after 2 business days, and considering I haven't heard a word since, I would just assume I'm not going to gain any help.

@helpmepls56,

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
