Laptop not turning on, already tried the steps from previous conversions in this community. Please help

Greetings @VOMEN 

 

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

Please describe what you see and hear when you depress the power button while the Laptop is connected to AC power.

 

A PC may do nothing when you power on.

 

A PC may indicate it is running (keyboard and chassis LED activity and other startup sounds) but there is no video output.

 

A PC may start but show an on-screen error message.

 

Defining the symptom helps to isolate the cause.
