Had to reinstall my whole windows and everything because I messed up a lot and then figured it would be easier to just start over. (New pc)
It worked before I reset my pc but when I got done the program wasn't there and so I tried downloading it from different forums ect. and they all say the same error, "SynCom.dll missing".
any fix?

Hi
I understand it to be part of a Synaptics Software thingy.
C:\>dir syncom.dll /s
Volume in drive C is Windows
Directory of C:\SWSetup\SP81891\WinWDF\x64
24/08/2017 04:20 807,000 SynCOM.dll
1 File(s) 807,000 bytes
Directory of C:\SWSetup\SP81891\WinWDF\x86
24/08/2017 04:20 428,632 SynCOM.dll
1 File(s) 428,632 bytes
Who knows it maybe part of a SoftPaq for your machine.
Obviously mine is SP81891.
So try the HP Support and Drivers area for your PC.

I just did a little more research and I guess I must have been installing the wrong one, I installed "sp76864.exe" from https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Software-and-How-To-Questions/OMEN-Control-not-Controlling-LED... and then it updates Windows automatically and i'm able to access the app.
