HP Omen Obelisk

Has anyone tried or verified options for liquid cooling? The website says "HP OMEN Obelisk has built-in space for aftermarket liquid cooling." However it doesn't get into detail. I am considering the CORSAIR HYDRO Series H150i PRO but unsure if you can mount a 3 fan unit at the top of this case. I ordered the PC but it hasn't arrived yet and checking out cooling options before hand as many say it runs hot.

Thanks!

Chris

I was going to say the Triple fan may not work:

When you get it open it up and look at the inside:

At the top look for a 4 panel grill for mounting fans.

This one has a fan connected to the Graphics card:

Welcome to the HP Support Community @chrtravels

Depending on the model you ordered there should be a built in area for mounting the new fans:

Thanks...I don't have the PC yet, still waiting for it to arrive. It's the Omen Obelisk model from Best Buy:  Model: 875-0014

Wondering if you can use the CPU water cooler that has three fans or if there is only space on the case for the single fan model. In reading on other forums, there is apparently no intake fan so users are converting the rear fan to an intake and mounting the cpu fan on the top of the unit to help move the air through the unit.

Very helpful, thank you! It appears that the fan takes up one of the squares,  is that correcct? If so a double fan might work.

Thanks again!

Yes only one square.

The Dual fans should fit.

That means you can have Dual fans for the CPU and GPU:

What a setup: "I WANT ONE!!!!!!!!"

Not sure if you jumped the gun of not, but by the look of it...Dual fans wont fit. I have one single fan, its centered on that removable plate and the 2 usb and 3.5 jack ports from the top front are back far enough that unless you modify the bracket to offset the position of the fan it wont work. i dont own any coolers so im not sure how they secure on. This looks like you either be good at fabrication or botching up a rig to "make it work"
