Hp omen
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My pc wont boot up at all, i used it this morning to play some games. Shut it down from the home menu before i went to work ,came back and it wont boot whe  i turn it on. The light doesnt blink, the rgb lights on it do their normal color cycle and my keyboards backlight turns on but turns off after a few minutes and there is no display on either of my 2 monitors. I unplugged the power cable, replugged and tried to boot up but all i get is the black screens. I dont know what would have caused this. I tried mashing f11 and that didnt work.

Greetings,

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

Please provide a product number only.

Are you in warranty? Contact HP Support (Link). Or talk to a local PC tech.

Check PSU AC/PC cable connections.  Do you have a solid green LED on the PSU when the PC is connected to AC power?

Check all external and internal connections.

It could be something simple or a failed PSU or motherboard. Or a component connected to the motherboard.

Troubleshooting to find the bad component (if a component has failed) requires detailed component testing. It is very difficult to troubleshoot components in a forum.

Regards
