I have a Hp omen I7- 12th gen with a 3070. every time I hit the power button the GPU and fans start and turn off and start again and turn off again by themselves and on the 3rd try it actually turns on the PC. it started doing this after a BitLocker issue. I reset the PC to the factory setting but it did not help—any idea what might be causing the issue.

Hello,
thank you for responding.
The issue started after my pc booted into bit locker. It was asking for recovery key, i managed to get the code from my account but after that it started the power issue. It happens every-time i hit the power button, the gpu and fans turns on and turns back off, I have to do this couple of times to actually turns on the pc.
