Bought this HP OMEN 45L last week and it never turns on and the circuit breaker trips as soon as i turn on the switch. Tried it in multiple sockets and the same happened.
Booted only once on Last Sunday and i was able to setup the machine but haven't been able to turn it on since.
Please see the attached picture for more details:
The Green arrow one used to trip(It was C10 and I upgraded it to C20) . This one used to trip before but now this one stays fine.
The Red arrow one now trips.
What could be the issue here since the machine is brand new.
Can it be the power cable
or PSU
or load taking capacity of the breaker
or some other component failure?
Have also registered a case for a visit from HP Technician who will visit in 2 days.
Help much appreciated.
Thanks

Hi @kookiejar
Your PC may be equipped with up to a 13900K CPU and an RTX 4090 graphics card. Both components draw a lot of watts under stress.
Either the circuit can't handle the load or you have a bad component.
I am in the USA. Not familiar with C10 or C20. Does this refer to amps?
A 20 amp circuit in the USA should handle your PC.
