Technically speaking yes, it would as the Memphis2-S motherboard has a PCIe X16 3.0 slot.
You would need to measure the free space inside and compare it with the dimensions from the card maker first.
But you would also have to upgrade the power supply depending on what card you get.
Also, I would not bother with the more expensive 1060/70/80 cards since you only have a core i3 4170 cpu.
You would want to upgrade that also and you are really now spending more than its worth.
A 1050/ti and 300 watt power supply is all I would spend with your current specs.

This cards are smaller in size, in case the free space inside your machine doesn't fit the main ones.
Just make sure that they are PCIe X16 3.0 compatible.
