HP Recommended
Product: HP Pavilion TG01-2814
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I got a new pc 2 days ago it’s the Hp pavilion TG01-2814

and I don’t know what’s wrong with it but every like 2 minutes I have lag spikes/high ping and it didn’t happen on my other pc which is much much older I used a wifi card I tried using a wifi card on this pc but still the same problem what can I do without returning it?
