i take all the parts in the 690-0067c model and put it in a atx case to upgrade the power supply and gpu?Also at 300 watts what really can i upgrade it to?

According to your computer motherboard specifications , there is "One PCIe x16 slot" available for graphics card:- Click here

You could consult a local Best Buy or Staples technician or any local tech to check if the dual band wireless card is supported by the computer.
