OMEN 30L Desktop PC GT13-1000i (1S3R9AV)

I have a Omen dekstop, gt13-1630ND, with a rtx 3080 and a i7 11770k. The airflow is really bad after some years and I have extremely bad performance so I want to buy a new PC. I want to keep the rtx 3080, is it possible or is it a HP rtx 3080 and only compatible with the prebuild?

Welcome to the HP Forum.

You should be able to use the HP factory installed 3080 in a different PC and a different MB.

The HP 3080 must fit in the new PC case.

And the power supply installed in the new PC must have the required wattage specifications and PCIe connectors to power the 3080.

An Nvidia reference 3080 needs a minimum 700 watt power supply and two 6 +2 pin PCIe power connectors which connect to an Nvidia 12 pin adapter.

Your HP 3080 may have lesser power requirements and smaller dimensions when compared to the Nvidia reference 3080 at the above link.

My pleasure.

Yes, doing a new power supply is a very good idea.

Corsair power supplies are a good choice.
