so i had flickering issue and technician came and told it was motherboard issue and he opened the vent cleaned it and everything and told motherboard is damaged and he ordered part and told it’ll be delivered by next week while cleaning he has caused some scratches on the laptop, the top part of the laptop and i'm very annoyed and dissatisfied by this service i never made any scratches on the laptop and used to handle it so gently but the technician caused some scratches while turning laptop upside down and rotating it.
