I understand were in a pandemic and that may make waits a bit longer but it's been a month and today was my ship day and... Nothing. The system is definitely not a month build even in a pandemic but I can excuse that, there keeping there employees safe and that's good. But be honest don't say it'll be a month then when a month is up that it's another month it's getting painful and the new omen desktops are already out with next gen hardware...

Nealy all HP machines come from overseas, many from China or other countries in Asia. You already know ports are being locked down. Millions of people do not have jobs.
I believe all vendors, including HP are doing their best to deliver their goods to customers. Nothing more they can do actually. We have to wait.
