@Waqz4u , welcome to the forum.

Here is the Maintenance and Service Guide for the Workstation:  http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04205252

On Pages 28 and 29 is a list of the components.  Read the section titled "Graphics cards" carefully.  It gives you all of the information that you need about your Workstation.  Also, here are the Specifications from nVidia for the RTX 3070:  https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/graphics-cards/30-series/rtx-3070/?ncid=afm-chs-44270&ranMID=44...

You should click on the section titled "SPECS".  Each manufacturer can add or subtract specifications for their cards, but they normally don't go to far from nVidia's recommendations.  So, you can choose a manufacturer and check the specs on their cards.

Everything looks like the card should work.  However, you are adding the latest and greatest to an older Workstation.  I don't like to say that it work for that reason.  I have seen to many instances where this combination is not compatible.  The manufacturer's Tech Support would have better information for you.
