Product: Gaming Laptop Omen 15 ek-1000nj

Hello !

Today I bought an Omen gaming laptop sn-

[personal info removed]

and unfortunately every time I restart it /reboot it , something showing as a battery issue , it says -

“Low temperature alert (607)”

gotta mention that this laptop is brand new! 
please support !

Since you are facing issues with battery warnings, you will need to contact the store you purchased as it is brand new. or You may contact phone support. For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
