HP gaming hub performance control not working

I have HP OMEN 15 and, the gaming hub performance control is not opening. It is saying that the reqiured SDK files installation package failed to install. Whenever i try to update it is not updating. Kindly help me as due to this issue I am not able to adjust the fan speed.

I suggest that you run the updates from HP Support Assistant by following the steps listed below:

1. In Windows, search for and open HP Support Assistant, or click the app icon in the taskbar.
2. On the My Dashboard tab, find your computer, and then click Updates.
3. Wait while HP Support Assistant analyzes the system.
4. After the analysis completes, select the listed updates, download and install the updates, and then follow any on-screen instructions.
5. If prompted, restart the computer, and then close the tool.
   You may also refer to the HP document to download and use HP Support Assistant by visiting this Weblink.

Hi, There is new OMEN Software and SDK package on line, please follow steps below to update/install:

1. Go to Microsoft Store to update your all OMEN Software, including “OMEN Gaming Hub”, “OMEN Light Studio” or “OMEN Oasis” to the latest.
2. Execute Windows Update to latest version and all optional updates (especially to install “Realtek - Net - xx.xx.xxx.xxxx” and “HP Inc. - SoftwareComponent - x.xx.xxxx.x”), then restart.
3. New SDK is uploaded. Please install this package: https://s3.us-west-1.amazonaws.com/hpcps.support.doc/OMEN/SDK/OMEN_Gaming_Hub_SDK.exe
