I bought an HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-2260 towards the end of November and they advertised that if you bought the system, you would get a redemption code for a game bundle within 45 days of ordering. I was chatting with support several times and each time they kept telling me to wait awhile longer for them to send out the code. This last email to me said:

We have received an update on the redemption code for the gaming bundle. Please be advised that the promotion of the gaming bundle is while supplies last and we ran out of codes.
We truly apologize that we are unable to provide the gaming bundle.
So, I just wanted to advise that if you or someone you know is planning on purchasing a gaming desktop system, please be advised they are no longer providing redemption codes for the gaming bundle.

I want to thank you for taking the time to speak to us today.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
