Product: OMEN by HP 45L Gaming Desktop PC GT22-0000i (393C6AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

From the factory my HP omen has program errors. Expressvpn is one program I found missing files and internal errors, Some programs are installed but can’t open because it’s missing files are not found or can’t update cause files are not found. It shows up on the c drive but Cant uninstall because files are locked by the system.  Even after a complete registry deletion files are still locked on c drive. Download failures and list goes on.  Gaming hub cleaner shows it can’t clean system files, logs, passwords, and so on.   Anyone have this problem?
