HP support, i have to honestly say ***bleep***, not that this will get posted yet again because telling the truth, the last support team member admitted she dont own a PC or even understand what a GPU is or CPU even yet supposed to give support but has no idea what so ever about pc or laptops they just follow the ***bleep*** that pops up when you ask them a question by putting that on a pc to see what it says??***bleep***? then because they cant help you they expect you to send the pc off to be fixed or upgrade etc etc, i got both an Omen 17 laptop and OMEN 30L pc and now i cant wait to get rid of both and ill never buy them again, MSI Alienware Dell or Apple ***bleep*** you can get fixed or upgraded HP no you have to send it off then a month later get told oh sorry we forgot to do it. i asked a simple question of the omen 30L the newer shape than the older one what graphics cards work on it then cheapest and oldest and the newest biggest upgrade also and what did they reply with??  whats a GPU? so then replied with a graphics card?? how on earth do these people work for them??  i took it to 3 shops to try get a different GPU CPU and RAM trials to see what works and what wont and none of it will work, they cant even check the motherboard through a HDMI or any other lead. ***bleep***
