HP won't let me leave a review on a product I own

I own an HP omen desktop, but HP won't let me leave a review. Why is this?

How to Leave a Review on HP's USA Site

Go to the HP USA Store

• Visit www.hp.com

Search for Your Product

• Use the search bar to enter your desktop’s model name (e.g., “HP Omen 40L Gaming Desktop GT21-1000”).

Open the Product Page

• Click on the correct listing to open the full product details.

Scroll to the Ratings & Reviews Section

• Near the bottom of the page, you’ll find the Reviews tab.

Click “Write a Review”

• You may need to sign in with your HP account to submit a review.

Fill Out the Review Form

• Add a star rating, title, and your detailed feedback.
• Mention performance, design, cooling, gaming experience, or anything else you love (or wish were better).

Submit Your Review

• Once submitted, it may take a short time to appear after moderation.
