My 27xq TN monitor acts weird when I scroll down while reading something with white background or in game whiter textures shines when I move the camera angle. I'm leaving a youtube video of mine recorded by my iphone to show you what it is look like by my view. The problem only appears while generating an image I guess because It never happens in videos. To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

Have you updated Bios, windows, and a graphics driver?

 

Have you done any changes to the OS? What is the current OS and version you have installed?
