Hall sensor problem

Hello hp support team, this is to tell that the hall sensor issue is becoming a huge concern for every customer till now, i will be filling a case in the consumer court of India soon enough if i don't get my device replaced or fixed. i paid near about 1000 dollars and didnt even get half of the investment. hope my problem will be resolved or court will decide whats gona happen
