 so i got some BSOD saying that the error is memory management so i used the chkdsk /f /r command in the command prompt after it failing at stage 4 it got me into this hp page so i started scanning my hard drive and after 1% thats what it said

(1) Click on [ Get Help ]

(2) Then you get a QR code to scan with your smartphone, for example:

(3) In your case the hard disk has to be replaced by a new one and the operating system reinstalled.

In your case: Service is required !

If you have:

A) valid HP warranty => contact HP Support, see (1) and (2)

B) No Warranty => If you can't do that, you should have it serviced by a professional notebook repair store.
