HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-2170m CTO

Trying to have my 2 day old computer replaced, had issues with computer starting and stopping, “ Blue Screen” spoke with support experts  at Hp support for the last 2 days,  first day they claimed issues with their system cannot help me, second day same thing. They will call me before 7 pm est, no call ,why cant we as customers speak with someone in the US to get our issues resolved. Keep getting what I feel is the run around.  In my eyes, Not a good look for HP.

Wait.. it's 2 days old and experiencing blue screens? Are you using it for anything out of the ordinary?
In any case, that's not acceptable in my opinion. I would return the computer to the store, component prices are dropping by the day nowadays so you might actually be able to build your own system for less money.

This would give you more control over the components, allowing you to bypass the inherent gimping that HP does to their systems, whether in software (BIOS, Bloatware, Win 11 Home) or in hardware (Bad case design, Poor cooling, such Low CL-timed RAM sticks they are unavailable on the open market).

If you'd like to talk components we could do that too.
