Greetings @MK283

Welcome to the HP Forum.

Did you update to W11 24H2?

I can only guess Omen gaming Hub has a problem with W11 24H2.

The latest version of Gaming Hub at the Microsoft Store, I could find, was released in 2017.

I can't say if trying this version would help. You may have this version.

You could try removing the current version of the App and reinstalling the 2017 version to see what happens.

You might have to wait for a newer version to fix this problem or go back to w11 23H2.

Greetings @MK283

Your PC recently updated to W11 21H2. W11 21H2 has not received security updates since October, 2023.

I am surprised Microsoft is offering 21H2 via Windows Update.

I suggest updating to a newer W11 version.

You have a Laptop. You seem to be having a (discrete GPU?) fan speed problem. GPU fan speeds are usually determined by GPU temps. HP: system fan and CPU fan curve BIOS modifications are generally not configurable.

I am more familiar with Desktops PC.

I can't think of anything else to try at this time.

You might want to copy and paste your question in the HP Notebook Forum.
