Product: OMEN by HP 25L Gaming Desktop PC GT14-0000i (3V745AV)

So I have upgraded my setup by buying a new desktop. It is much better than the last one yet a problem occured. All the videos (youtube videos are a good example) that I am watching in browser (doesn't matter which) look laggy and pretty low quality even though I am watching them in high quality/4k.  I didn't have this problem on my last PC. My display is the same (Q32G1WG4). I am using 2560 x 1440, 143.91 Hz settings. My internet quality is good and my GeForce drivers are updated to the last version. The only difference in my setup is new desktop and the fact that the new PC is using windows 11 instead of 10. This problem doesn't affect video games. All the games I play have perfect graphics that are looking smooth and are not laggy (A good example is Elden Ring). I don't know what causes this problem.
