Hi:

 

Do you have Windows 7 or Windows 8 installed on it now?

 

If so, you can click on the blue Update Now button at the link below and upgrade for free to W10.

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

Unfortunately I have formatted win7 and tried for install win10 fresh Installation.  Now Win 7 or Win 10 not able to complete the installation .

 

Please help

Unfortunately, I wouldn't know why W7 or W10 won't install on your PC.

 

A clean install should have worked for either operating system.
