Product: OMEN by HP 45L Gaming Desktop PC IDS Base Models (ArticunoI)

Hi, 

 

My Omen 45L's fan lights at times would flicker when I open the Steam or Discord, and I've never been able to find a fix. The flickering comes and goes, but it grows annoying to deal with. I've thoroughly researched the issue and tried many different attempts at fixing this, such as:

It seems I'm not alone with this issue from scrolling in the forums, but I can't find a solution. So, this would help more than just me.

 

Also, while looking for a solution, I might have made matters worse. One tip I heard was to update the BIOS, and since then, all the lights in the front have ceased functioning.  I have videos of the flickering and current circumstances, but this chat box won't let me share them unfortunately.

 

Can anyone please help me?
