Simple question.
I've got a 4 month old Omen 875-1023 desktop that has been working just great. This week, when I powered it on, within a few seconds the fans quickly jumped to full speed and there was a brief message on screen that the unit was overheating and within about 30 seconds overall, it went into auto shutdown before finishing boot up. After looking inside the case, everything looked normal - all visible fans were operating and no cables appeared disconnected. With only a few weeks of use, there is no internal dust buildup; therefore, I'm guessing this may be a liquid cooling system problem.
What is the process for contacting HP support to get this resolved?
Thanks
