@Jaygee2 , welcome to the forum.

 

This is a question that can be answered more easily by the manufacturer's Tech Support.  Since I don't know the exact model of the device, the only information that I could find was very general.  It was talking about installing the device on a PS4 and PlayStation, not a computer.
