How many hertiz does the monitor of this laptop have 

and what is the response time of it?

The specs of your machine is

 

            https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06679738

 

It only has standard screen 39.6 cm (15.6") diagonal FHD IPS anti-glare micro-edge WLED-backlit (1920 x 1080) which is 60Hz. The specs of my machine clearly says

 

        15.6" diagonal FHD 144 Hz IPS anti-glare micro-edge WLED-backlit (1920 x 1080)

 

The specs does not say about response time. There are few tools around to check response time but I don't trust them. Please try at your own risk:
