Product: Omen 25l desktop gt12
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently bought the Pc works great but I wanted to upgrade the memory I went and bought the Corsair ddr4  2x16gb memory chips but my pc won’t dectect them , any solutions ? Or did I buy the wrong product ?
