When i click in the windows app yes it's just says the update is cancelled.

You can go to the support page for your laptop model and then look there for the BIOS update and use that file to update.

The problem is that the bios file says i have newer version of bios of that the website bios version is. And idk do i need to how to dwongrade?

I do not know the model of your laptop, but in particular the HP diagnostics should not be loaded by there BIOS, it is a delicate process, n I have already seen many laptop damaged by updating by that method, my recommendation do not update until you have the BIOS version on the support page of your model,

 

the other doubt I have is that it is not the BIOS that is asking you to update but the version of the HP diagnostics.

It is not possible, only HP can do it with a special BIOS version that they have but it is only possible to request it if your computer is under warranty and has BIOS failures.

Idk if this is a bios problem but i have been facing issue with my RTX 2060 SUPER fan and NVIDIA support team told me to update BIOS, because i been facing problem from then when i updated my BIOS i think. And i can't update it because it's saying that i have newer version that is in the website.
