Product: Rtx 3060ti
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased an HP branded Rtx 3060ti off eBay for my son's pc and I think it may have failed however, because it is a component rather than a system I cannot add it to my account and start a support ticket. How does one get in touch with a real person to find out what can and can't be done?

Ebay can usually return the part, did you check if the item was used? I find it very strange that this graphic is sold by HP on Ebay as new.

Wasn't new and the seller no longer has the system it came out of so there's no chance of getting the serial. Need to speak to someone so I can see what's possible

if it was not new, HP will not make anything, only under warranty does something.
