I have a 2080s, upgrading to a 3080 and need help taking the black harness out I unscrewed one thing but Idk why it wont come out

You may need to DIY some type of support for the card.  Ask over at that reddit site.

yeah but like where am i supposed to press down, and will it be fine if i dont get something to hold or it just reinstall the harness? thanks

If out of warranty then use a Dremel.   If in warranty get a used support bracket on ebay and also use the Dremel.  Depending on the warranty fine print you may have to hold onto the old video card.
