Hi,

 

I was recently requested to send my desktop in for repair.

 

The only link I've been given to track the repair is one for the HP Case Status, but is this the only place to track?

 

Other than the photo DPD took when collecting it this morning I've had no other  contact/notification.

 

One concern is that DPD handed me a sticky note (like the one he put on the parcel) an said that's for my tracking. It has a consignment No, Sender Name, Sender Red & says that in the event of a query please telephone x (x is my mobile number). This sticker was inside a plastic sleeve he had to open, so not sure why my number is on there unless it was supposed to have been stuck to the box and not handed to me?

Hey,

 

I've looked everywhere for a Private message area, but I can't seem to find it. Help area says I should have received an email too, which doesn't seem to have come through?

 

If it's the same support I called for the initial issue, I fear I'll get a poor a result as I've had already unfortunately (downloading AMD Drivers for an NVIDEA Card, not understand why they can't install a BIOS version older than I already had, barely any actual trouble shooting and stating my issue was a 'Slow Performance' issue which isn't true), and was hoping they'd be tracking from the actual repair team?
