Very disappointed and disgusted with HP.  My new [as of 1/22/2022] HP PC. Shipped with at least 3 of 4 USB ports not working properly. Have to send it back for repairs. If QA is so bad, then what faith can I have in repairs? Would I be better off getting my money back? Don't have the  means to test USB-C ports, but UEFI Diagnostic Test indicated that the USB-C port on the motherboard doesn't work.

I see you are experiencing USB port issues with the OMEN 30L Desktop PC. It could be a hardware issue on the PC and you have send it to HP repair center to get it fixed. 

 

HP computers are the most reliable machines on the market, but if you encounter any issues, HP has a great support team that is well-equipped to help you out. If your laptop needs repairs and is under warranty, HP will pay for the shipping costs involved in getting it fixed with the qualified HP Engineers. HP has certified service centers World Wide. These service centers have trained personnel who know how to correctly diagnose and repair your HP PC. Don't worry it will be fixed.
