Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

 

Do you mean the PC's power on LED is blinking and you are getting audible error codes?

 

Provide the cadence of the audible error codes.

 

It is usually possible to determine the point of failure when you know the cadence of the audible error code.
