Product: HP OMEN 40L GT21 Gaming Desktop

Se reinicia aleatoriamente y da una pantalla azul. Esto se debe a la actualización W11 24H2 y afecta a los SSD WD. Mi computadora tiene un WD PC SN560 de 1TB (sin DRAM) y ese es el problema. WD ha reconocido el problema hoy. Han lanzado un nuevo firmware para instalar manualmente, pero solo para SSD de 2 TB. ¿Qué hacen entonces los usuarios de SSD de 1 TB? Gracias

Buenas tardes. Sí, escribo en inglés usando Google Translate. El problema es que cuando "copio + pego", Microsoft Edge lo traduce automáticamente al español. Gracias.
